Cancellations and refunds

Start with the free trial, which needs no card. Pay only once you know Otiate is worth it to you.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Your plan carries on until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. Nothing further is charged, and your saved work stays in your account until you delete it.

Annual plans: 14 days to change your mind

If you pay for a year and Otiate is not for you, email us (the support address will be listed here shortly) within 14 days of that payment and you will get a full refund. No reasons needed.

Monthly plans

Monthly payments are not refunded; cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged again. The free trial is there so you can try Otiate properly before paying.

After that

An annual plan cancelled after the first 14 days runs to the end of its year and is not refunded for the part unused.

When something goes wrong on our side

A generation or marking run that fails returns its allowance to you automatically. If you were charged twice, or the service was unavailable for a long stretch of a period you paid for, write to us and we will put it right, by a refund or a credit, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are paid

To the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days. PayNow payments are refunded by bank transfer.

Prices are in Singapore dollars. These terms do not affect any rights you have under Singapore law.
